We operate a blended curriculum frame work called the JB - STEAM (Jolly phonics, Bible-based stories and songs, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) curriculum. This Frame work is designed to develop the children in the three learning domains which are cognitive (thinking), affective (emotions and feelings) and psychomotor (physical and kinesthetic) that promotes the development of the total child. Equipping them with utmost intentionality and a deep sense of responsibility, to be all that they are created to be, and having fun all the way!
*Jolly Phonics: This is a fun and child-centered approach to learning the alphabets. It is a leading method that teaches children how to read and write using the sounds that letters make.
*Bible-Based Stories and Songs: There are a lot of fun stories in the Bible that will help the little ones discover that they are specially created by God for a purpose and help them discover, develop and manifest these purposes.
*Science: Science helps to develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the little ones. They carry out experiments and find answers to questions about the world around them.
*Technology: Technology is here to stay! Exposing the little ones to basic technological projects help to develop their creativity and resilience.
*Engineering: Engineering helps the little ones to simply discover how things work. It builds their creativity and helps them take ownership of their learning.
*Arts: Whether in music, dance, drama (role play), storytelling or movement (physical education), your little ones will learn to use their large muscles and develop their gross motor skills.
*Mathematics: Numbers are everywhere! In Legos and balls, in baby dolls and dress-ups, your little ones will be introduced to the exciting world of numbers through fun activities and games as they develop their math skills
