Little Sweet Peas

In this room, our littles (under 19 months old) gradually adjust to life outside of their homes. They will be welcomed with a lot of smiles, hugs and playful actions. Gradually, they begin to see our program as a second home and a place to look forward to coming. 

As we know the love for literacy can be and should be developed at infancy, day-to-day activities will expose babies to sounds, words, speech, stories and print. We will also introduce them to basic math, colors and shapes through the use of songs, and fun actions. 

The educators will model sharing, taking turns and using the right words as the children begin to develop their social skills. At this age, children are typically working on gross and fine motor skills, beginning language, sensory exploration, and basic social interactions.
